Confirm that notifications are enabled for BeaconEDU, the device has an internet connection, the account is active, and the user is assigned to the correct school. Contact support if the problem continues.
BeaconEDU includes offline-aware foundations intended to preserve essential mobile workflows during unstable connectivity. Some real-time functions require an active network connection and will synchronize when communication is restored.
