BeaconEDU is a school safety, emergency communication, accountability, and incident management platform for authorized school personnel and administrators.
We may collect names, email addresses, roles, school assignments, room assignments, phone numbers, emergency contact information, notification settings, incident records, messages, acknowledgements, room status reports, and system logs.
Information is used to provide emergency alerts, incident communication, staff accountability, reporting, administrative management, safety coordination, and platform security.
BeaconEDU may use contact information to send alerts by app notification, email, SMS, voice call, pager email, or other configured communication methods.
BeaconEDU does not sell user data. Information may be shared with authorized school administrators, designated safety personnel, emergency response participants, and service providers necessary to operate the platform.
BeaconEDU uses reasonable safeguards to protect data. No system can guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted availability.
BeaconEDU is intended for authorized school staff and administrators, not for general use by children.
